Be the Bear.
The Bear has nothing to prove, it knows it’s strength. It is respected, it walks the world with a proud stance and purpose, does what it has to do, and it is given a wide berth. It protects it’s own, and it is versatile. Strong, Powerful, Fast, Agile, it can climb, run, and often simply intimidate with it’s ferocious roar.
The Bear is a guide to take leadership in your own other’s lives, it is about taking action without fear, adopting a stance of confidence.
It is said that the Vikings would wear bear skins in times of war to scare off their enemies. They would appear as powerful as these wild animals. Bears symbolize warrior spirit and courage to fight. The bear’s spirit would be invoked to help the warriors in the battle.
While the phrase “bare bones” means minimal, it id just the same that we look to use only what is effective, only what will get the job done, cutting out fluff, frill, and extras, leaving us with the most effective plan for success.
Bear Bones Strength is about being strong, powerful, confident, and getting the job done in the most direct way. It is about being strong for the everyday, for a multitude of tasks that life will throw at us.
It is a different sort of strength, undefined by the weight on the bar, but by the resolve in heart, the unwillingness to give in or be bested, the steadfastness of the soul in endeavors in and outside of the 4 walls of the gym.
Bear Bones Strength is raw strength. It is fortitude, gusto, commitment. It is the warrior soul of the man and woman that has an iron will and a steady hand, forging forward through life on the offense, head high, with nothing to prove but to be the rock for their life and their loved ones.
Be the warrior, live by your code, stand tall, and find strength in all aspects of life.
