This weeks training will be up as scheduled, but I will be putting together another version programming geared towards those without access to weights all the time.
It will be a grit based program.
The goal will be fitness, mental fortitude, and finding the will to push through tough workouts, sometimes ranging from 20 minutes to 2 hours. They will challenge you, and can be followed directly daily, or used as a guide randomly.
