11.21 Grit

Welcome to the 3rd day of Grit.

Today won’t be as tough physically, even though it’s important for you to know that your body can take it. Instead, I’m going to give you a task that I know you can complete, even if it seems super daunting.

Find a box or a step that is at least knee height

For 30 Minutes, perform step ups, don;t rush, but don’t slow down either.

When you’re done, Sit on that box, sit tall, set a timer for 10 minutes, and do nothing other than focus on your posture, feet flat, chest up, and count your breaths, 1-10, then repeat, until 10 minutes is up.

Today is about practicing resolve with tasks that are so easy to talk yourself out of, but strengthening the resolve it takes to stay committed and accountable to yourself. less than 45 minutes and you’re done.
